Any alteration to any page results in error upon trying to update changes
Hi,
I have just purchased the Pro Freelancer license and the same issue is happening using any browser, on two different servers, one being a VPS, the other shared hosting.
Any attempt to save an edit (even just changing a one text letter) results is an error asking to refresh and all changes lost and reverts back to prior edit. So I am unable to do anything with this software?
Running: Brizy Version 2.8.21 with Pro Version 2.8.12

Hi D.,
I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue. Since you’re already using Brizy 2.8.21 and Brizy Pro 2.8.12, and the problem occurs across different browsers, it may be related to a server configuration, security rule, or plugin conflict.
Could you please send your website credentials to communitysupport@brizy.io so we can investigate the issue?
Kindly include the following details:

In the meantime, if you are using WordFence, please set it to Learning Mode and see if that helps.
Also try increasing the following server limits if necessary:
- memory_limit: 512M
- post_max_size: 128M
- max_input_vars: 10000
- max_execution_time: 300
- SecRequestBodyLimit: 134217728
- SecRequestBodyNoFilesLimit: 134217728For more information, please refer to this article:
https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/22590197512210Please also check the browser’s Network tab immediately after the save fails and let us know the HTTP status code of the failed request, such as 400, 403, 413, or 500. This will help us identify what is preventing the page from being saved.

Thank you Ariel,
It culprit was ModSecurity, which I found was an issue with Brizy in a post from 2 years ago.
As no other WP Page Builders I have used required this security setting to be de-actived to use Brizy, and this has never in 2 years been resolved, I have to ask why knowing this issue with your product that this is not up-front info for newbies?

Hi David,
Thank you for the update.
Some hosting providers set the default ModSecurity request limit as low as 128 KB for added security. However, this can be too restrictive for Brizy when saving larger requests.
This is documented on this link - This is documented on this link - https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/22590197512210
Instead of disabling ModSecurity, please ask your hosting provider to increase these limits:
SecRequestBodyLimit 4194304
SecRequestBodyNoFilesLimit 2097152This should allow Brizy to work properly while keeping ModSecurity enabled.
Best regards,

Didn't answer my question, but thanks.
David.
