    Hi Anthony,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please try reproducing the issue on both websites with all third-party plugins disabled, leaving only Brizy and Brizy Pro enabled? This will help us determine whether a plugin conflict is affecting the sync feature.

Please also ensure that both websites are using the same PHP version, preferably PHP 8.0 or higher.

Please try this and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Hi, the set up on both websites is the same. The only active plugins are Brizy, Brizy Pro and Blocksy Companion. I need to keep Blocksy Companion active because I am using Brizy with the Blocksy theme. My PHP version is 8.2.33 on both sites. My PHP version is automatically updated by Siteground.

Hi, I have managed to fix it but more by luck than judgement. In my original site, I deleted some saved blocks that I don't need and then renamed the others and downloaded them so that I don't lose my work. Then I synced my library again and syncing was successful on this site when previously it gave me a sync failed error. I then switched to my other site, synced my library and the saved blocks from the first site appeared. Whether this is because the blocks are now named (the names don't carry over) I don't know, but maybe this gives you something to go on for what appears to be a common error
