"Project not configured"

There was an issue with the payment, which I resolved yesterday. However, my website, www.arsalus.pt, is still showing the message “Project not configured.”

  Hi Joao,

  It appears there may be an issue with your domain’s DNS configuration.

  

  Please follow the steps in this article to properly connect your custom domain:

  https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Add-A-Custom-Domain

  After updating the DNS records, please allow some time for the changes to propagate, then check the domain again.

  Hi Ariel,

  I have now corrected the DNS configuration in Cloudflare.

  Both required records are set to DNS only:

  • A record: arsalus.pt → 34.237.47.210
  • CNAME record: www → grapefruit20528256.brizy.site

  The www version is now working correctly:
  https://www.arsalus.pt/pt

  However, the root domain still shows “Project not configured”:
  https://arsalus.pt

  Could you please check whether there is an issue with the root-domain mapping on the Brizy side?

  Hello Joao,

  Visitors to the root domain https://arsalus.pt/ are redirected to https://www.arsalus.pt/, who are in turn redirected to https://www.arsalus.pt/pt/.

  Please visit the root domain from a "New Incognito/Private Window" of your browswer and check if the issue persitsts.
