URGENT. SITE BROKEN after setting main menu display condition

What to do?  Notification: Seite konnte nicht veröffentlicht oder gespeichert werden. Diese Seite muss aktualisiert werden. Du hast diese Seite (oder eine andere Seite) wahrscheinlich in einem anderen Tab oder Browser aktualisiert.

The site is not open in any other browser. I have tried deleting cache . Nothing works.
