    In case it is helpful for your investigation I completed cross checks between Brizy Lead logs and Brevo and split the outcome into 4 peroids (A-D) as below:

    Hi Matt,

    We had created a new page at: https://www.theradonconsultants.co.uk/contact-copy. The Brevo integration has been fixed on this page. However, the original Contact page (https://www.theradonconsultants.co.uk/contact) is still using the previous configuration.

    To ensure that both the email notifications and the Brevo integration work correctly, please follow these steps:

    1. Delete the current Contact page: https://www.theradonconsultants.co.uk/contact
    2. Change the slug of the Contact Copy page from "contact-copy" to "contact". This will replace the original Contact page with the updated version.
    3. In the new Contact page, configure the Email Notification settings as follows:

    Once these changes have been made, both the email notifications and the Brevo integration should work correctly.

    About the missing email logs, Brizy Cloud uses a simple in-house SMTP service, which does not retain email logs. If you require email logging, we recommend using the contact form's SMTP option with a dedicated SMTP provider, as these services typically provide email delivery logs and reporting.
