Brizy Cloud Contact Form emails not sent
Hi,
We use Brevo to store contacts that come through my clients website (https://www.theradonconsultants.co.uk/contact). We also have an automation that does a email check to see if a new Brevo contact (through the Brizy website) resulted in a sale.
This automation has flagged that at least 5 contact forms with email alerts that were not sent despite the form being configured to send emails. Attached are the screenshots of the leads where email alerts were not sent.
The dates of contact form submissions with emails that apparently weren't sent are:
- 24/04/26 x1: Michael Smith
- 30/04/26 x3: Joanne, Jason, Matthew
- 11/05/26 x1: Liam Newman
Here is a quick date rundown:
- The last genuine email received before this period was from James Logan on 11/03/26
- Test emails were received for contact form submissions were received in dates within this period as KC George was doing testing for the Brevo plugin - per this post.
- The genuine email received after this period was from Kevin Barrett on 06/05/26
As you can imagine this is of great concern to my client as they have potentially lost out on work.
With urgency could you please invesigate:
- (i)Look at email logs for this period to see if emails were in fact sent out from the Brizy mail server
- (ii)Confirm whether the testing taking place in this period for the Brevo API plugin and the fix for the {firstname} variable could have effected this - as per the post.
My client is requesting an answer to how this could have happened.

Hi Matt,
We had created a new page at: https://www.theradonconsultants.co.uk/contact-copy. The Brevo integration has been fixed on this page. However, the original Contact page (https://www.theradonconsultants.co.uk/contact) is still using the previous configuration.
To ensure that both the email notifications and the Brevo integration work correctly, please follow these steps:
- Delete the current Contact page: https://www.theradonconsultants.co.uk/contact
- Change the slug of the Contact Copy page from "contact-copy" to "contact". This will replace the original Contact page with the updated version.
- In the new Contact page, configure the Email Notification settings as follows:
- Email To: info@theradonconsultants.co.uk, team@digiful.io
- Subject: Web enquiry - Contact page
- From Name: The Radon Consultants
Once these changes have been made, both the email notifications and the Brevo integration should work correctly.
About the missing email logs, Brizy Cloud uses a simple in-house SMTP service, which does not retain email logs. If you require email logging, we recommend using the contact form's SMTP option with a dedicated SMTP provider, as these services typically provide email delivery logs and reporting.
