'plugin file does not exist'

Ive been having issues with brizy dissapearing on my website. Contacted my hosting and they dont see any viruses or issues. Recently Brizy free and pro removed itself again.

ive tried using the zip files and plugin search area to download and the when i try to activate the plugin it says "plugin file does not exist"

Ive also tried adding the zip file from the file manager. Nothing i do allows me to download and activate both brizy free and pro.

  Hello Dylan,

  Can you please carry out these tests to help isolcate the cause?

  1. When the Brizy and Brizy Pro plugins disappeared, were you signed in to your WordPress Admin using the "Administrator" role?. If not, try signing in to your WordPress Admin with the Administrator role and check if the issue persists.
     
  2. Deactivate all other plugins in your WordPress Dashboard and check if Brizy and Brizy Pro plugins would continue to disappear. 
  3. Sign in to your WordPress Dashboard using a different browser and check if the issue persists. 
  4. Delete the following folders using your hosting File Manager or FTP, reinstall both plugins and check if the issue persists.

     /wp-content/plugins/brizy
     /wp-content/plugins/brizy-pro/

   

  If none of these helps, can we look at your WordPress dashboard to help resolve this issue? Please add a new administrator user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io
