Mistake with anchor

Good morning,
We have the following website:

The buttons aren’t taking me to the form. If I log in as an admin, they work when I click them.

Can you help me?

  Hello Inkout,

  A few Speed Optimizer plugin files were showing 404 errors in the browser console. I have deactivated and re-activated the plugin to get rid of the errors. 

  I have also added appropriate anchor links to the three buttons. Please check if the buttons hyperlink correctly to the forms.
