Head HTML section
I have a plugin code that I need (rather want) to insert in the Head HTML section of my site.
I inserted it in the Header code section it didn't work.(of course)
Their instructions are as follows.
Go to your website builder. You will need to get to the HTML section of your site. The provided code needs to be embed into the Head HTML section of your site.
*Please note, this is not the header/footer area of your site. Headers and footers are for site navigation. The Head HTML section is different and is where the Warm Welcome code needs to be embed. If you do not place the code in the right section it will not work. If your website host doesn't give you access to the HTML code section of your website it will not work. If you have questions about where to find the HTML section of your website builder you may need to reach out to your website developers for specific instructs as to where to find it.
After you've embed the code into the Head HTML section of your site and published the updated change to your site with the Warm Welcome code - You're done! The bubble should be visible and functional immediately!
Is there anyway I can do this

Hi,
Could you please go to Project Settings -> Settings -> Code Injection and paste the code in the Code Injection -> Header https://jmp.sh/LfGGCTI? That code will be injected into the 'head' tag on every page of your site.

That may well be the official way to insert external code into Brizy, BUT having the same issue with the same external code-product, as this other user, i can verify that it does not work.
I am currently waiting for a reply on a separate ticket here, which fingers crossed i hope will clarify finally where to insert the code and make the video bubble work on brizy cloud

Hi,
I already send you a reply to the previous post you created. See here. Could we please continue the discussion there? Will be more efficient and easy to discuss in a single post about one problem.
Thank you!
Best regards,
Sandra0
