    Hi,

Actually, this message appears when the version of Brizy from WordPress doesn't coincide with the Brizy Cloud version. This happens because in the first instance we release the update for Brizy WordPress plugin and after 1-2 days we release the update for Brizy Cloud. In this period can appear this message and not allow you to sync blocks and layouts to the Cloud but it will e remediate when will be released the Cloud update. If you have the latest version in WordPress and still have this message, please allow us a bit more time and this problem will be solved. We prepare a new update for Cloud.
    Thank you for understanding!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Use the export page and export media in Wordpress tools to export your pages to another Wordpress. I solved this problem that way.

    Hi,

Here, this post mostly has an inconvenience with syncing saved blocks and layouts between Brizy plugin for WordPress and Brizy Cloud but thank you, Rafael, for your suggestion for WordPress sites. I only want to add that we didn't test this method yet and we can't guarantee that it will work at 100% without some inconveniences.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

This is not an inconvenience, this is an error in your Cloud services and to be honest should be treated much more vigorously. You guys have handled this error very poorly and you said an update was coming last week and now it’s this week. I am losing money not being able to sync to my sites.

    Hi,

On February 5, we released a new update for Brizy Cloud and it was a big update because we released the Blog feature. Therefore, the Brizy Cloud version is higher than the Brizy version for WordPress and for this reason this problem is still persisting. Today we released the update for Brizy Free and in the next days, we will release the update for Brizy Pro. With this update will be fixed this inconvenience or error.
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi there,

I wanted to inform you that this inconvenience is now fixed and you can use the Sync feature to transfer the saved blocks and layouts between Brizy Cloud and Brizy pages from WordPress. Make sure that you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.8 and Brizy Pro 2.2.4 versions and try to use the Sync option now!
    Thank you for your patience!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I still seem to be having this issue :(

Using Brizy Pro 2.2.7 and Brizy Free 2.2.10. Completely new wordpress install and I saved the layouts I want to sync on a new cloud project so that should be totally up to date too.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

We already solved this problem but today we released the updates for Brizy Free and Brizy Pro plugins and for this reason this inconvenience appeared again.

It will be fixed when we will release the next update for the Brizy Cloud environment. I'm sorry for this inconvenience!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

Thanks for getting back to me. Is there an ETA when the Brizy Cloud environment will be updated? I know there are probably reasons why it can't be done, but with one of the major advantages of Brizy being the synching between WP and Cloud (don't think anyone else does this), are they not able to be updated at the same time - even if that might mean a longer wait between versions?

    Cheers,

    Matt

    Hi Matt,

Could you please check again the Saved Block and Layout Sync option? We checked now and all should work fine. Yesterday we released a small update for the Cloud and it solved this inconvenience.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
