I tried to set the contact form with the information shown in the images and it does not work. Can you let me know what am I doing wrong?

Hi I switched to WP Configuration but although I receive the emails, when submitting the from it says Yor Email was not sent.

If you want to receive the email notifications using the SMTP method, I suggest following all steps and recommendations from this article.
If you switched to the WordPress email notification but you still face this problem, could you please check if you followed these steps from this article and could you please send the URL link of this page?
Also, could you please try to delete the site and browser cache?

Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.8 and Brizy Pro 2.2.4 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you receive the same problem?

I did what you say and now it is worst. It does not send the email. Sandra I do not have too much time to solve this. Users are complaining. There is almost a week with this issue.

I activated The Theme I was using and the Plugins and it sends thes emails but does not show any message at all, neither You Email was sent successfully

Hi;
Forget about this. I switched back to Elementor. WP is the same and it sends the messages withou anu problems. You must understand that at leas in my case I cannot wait a week or so to solve an issue. The first time I tried Brizy it was the same. If you go to https://aquiestapr.com/ and send the form you will see that it works and does not show the issue I have been trying to solve for a week. So if it was not broken I did not have any reason in trying to fix it. But I tried and bough Brizy. I will redesign all the sites with Elementor.
Since the renewal cost for me is the same as in elementor I will go on with Elementor. But I wan to tell you that with Elementor's increased prices you have the best opportunity to move forward, but you need to improve Brizy widgets and TS.

We tried to help you without log-in into your dashboard but seems that we have to check it.
