    Hi,

    1 - Button's border - could you please check what colours have set the text and background of the button after you add the border. I notice that it is set with white colour and for this reason, you don't "find" the button. When you set-up a border, the button was changed and therefore it needs supplementary checks and verifications. Could you please set-up the border and then go to colours and set up the right colour for text and border?

    2 - Regarding the account of your client - we already discussed this inconvenience here.

    3 - Pop-up - right now, we released the update for WordPress and soon we will release the update for Cloud too. At least tomorrow, the update with the fix for the pop-ups will be live in the Cloud too.

    I'm sorry for these inconveniences. We are doing all the best to solve them as soon as possible but we need to test all the details. Also, nobody is perfect, even the biggest companies like Amazon, Google, YouTube etc. have bugs and problems. Like them, we are striving to maintain all under control and solve the problems as soon as possible.

    Dear Sandra, ok I saw that with the button. It still seems like a bug, since it's not normal behavior. When I add a border, the main color and text color of the button should not change all at once. In that case to white.

    Thank you for your reply. The same as you that has customers and users, the same we. For us, you are our customer and daily we receive a lot of messages and questions from our users. We understand how you feel and how do you want to help all of them and all work fine and great but sometimes can appear inconveniences even if we make a lot of tests and checked everything.

    Regarding the problem of the pop-up - we realized yesterday evening the update for the Cloud and now it is live. Could you please check if all is working fine now?

    Regarding the button - unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce this inconvenience. Seems that it is related to the global colours you have set on the page. But great to know that you already found the way to get rid of it.
