    Thank you for all these details. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the team member with the email you share us on account where is placed the site you share to us too. See here. Also, we checked the account of the user you send us but we didn't encounter some active subaccounts where she could be invited. Could you please invite her again and make sure that she accept the invitation?

    Dear Sandra, since the customer had written to me again today and I have not yet had an answer / solution from you, I had to set up a new account for you and send the invitation there. I am on the phone again tonight with this customer, and it seems to work with the new account. But not with the old account. There I have deleted the invitation now. I want and need to have a good impression with my customers, so I had no other choice. Best regards Neo

    Could you please send us the emails of your team members that received this problem? You can send them here and before approving your reply, we will delete the emails you share with us. Also, could you please provide the account name where you invited them?

    Hi,

    The acct name is Skillkidz. The team members are sakshi and sanjana. You will see that I have invited them twice bcs the official emails did not work and had to invite them on their personal emails.
