Contact Form issue

We are not receiving any messages from the contact forms. I have to manually check Leads under Brizy each day and send out the message to relevant emails and its very awkward.

 

Can someone take a look please.

  I notice that you have created earlier a post on the same question. I send there a reply but didn't receive any response. I will post a similar response there and could we please continue the discussion here?

  How did you configure the form? What method did you use? Could you please send us some screenshots with how did you set-up the form?

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.7 and Brizy Pro 2.2.4 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you receive the same problem?
