Pro Upgrade - and Auto-Save

I submitted this under email thinkandgrowrichguy@gmail.com. I didn't see that it was submitted, nor responded. Then the login didn't seem to work, so I'm doing it through here, hoping you made that change, so now this address is Pro, Lifetime.

Hi Sandra,

Yes. Please make that change. I want the Pro features with my existing account.

Do I have to install Brizy Pro as a separate plugin?

Please answer my second question, as well: "Another question - I lose a lot of changes with Brizy. I think the record was five times in one day. I see that one of the advertised features is auto-save. How do I enable that?"

  Brizy is still not letting me use Pro blocks, and I need to use one now. Can you make this change you offered to do a few days ago?

  I'm confused because it looked like in WordPress Brizy Pro was unlocked, so I thought you made that change. Yet it appears not, unless I need to do something to upgrade.

  Please advise.

  Hi,

  In this post, I have already confirmed that we moved the Pro license from thinkandgrowrichguy@gmail.com to the personalgrowthauthors@gmail.com account. Could you please check it? For this, please log-in the personalgrowthauthors@gmail.com account and check if there is the license fro the Brizy Pro. 
  Also, could we please continue the discussion in the previous post you created?

  Hi,

  Did you receive this inconvenience on the Brizy Cloud or in the Brizy pages from the WordPress site?
  If you can't access Pro features in the Brizy pages from the WordPress, could you please check if you have installed on the WordPress environment the Brizy Pro plugin? To install the Brizy Pro plugin on WordPress, you have to:
  1 - Go to your Brizy account;
  2 - Download the latest Brizy Pro version (2.2.2) - don't unzip the folder;
  3 - Go back to WP dashboard in Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin;
  4 - Upload the zip folder you downloaded from Brizy account;
  5 - Activate the plugin;
  6 - Activate the license.

  If you can't access the Pro features on the Brizy Cloud, could you please make sure that you log-in Brizy Cloud with the personalgrowthauthors@gmail.com account where you have the Brizy Pro?
