    Hi,

If you bought the Brizy Pro license using another email this will not affect the Brizy WordPress sites you will create. You can have some inconveniences with the Brizy Cloud account and the sites you already created because on this Cloud account you will not have access to the Pro feature. To have Pro features you have to connect on the Brizy Cloud with the account where is the Brizy Pro license.

If you want, we can switch the Pro license from thinkandgrowrichguy@gmail.com to the personalgrowthauthors@gmail.com. But for this, we will need your confirmation. Do you want and allow us to switch the Brizy License from thinkandgrowrichguy@gmail.com to the personalgrowthauthors@gmail.com?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

Yes. Please make that change. I want the Pro features with my existing account.

Do I have to install Brizy Pro as a separate plugin?

Please answer my second question, as well: "Another question - I lose a lot of changes with Brizy. I think the record was five times in one day. I see that one of the advertised features is auto-save. How do I enable that?"

    Thanks,
    Dan

    Hi,

I‘m sorry for the late response. We already moved the Brizy Pro from the  thinkandgrowrichguy@gmail.com to the personalgrowthauthors@gmail.com account. Could you please check if all if one now?

Before exiting from the Brizy editor, did you click on the "Update" button to save all the changes you made on the site? If you will not save all the modification you can to lose them and for this reason when to try to close the window with the Brizy editor of a page or exit from the editor mode you are informed that you may not be saved https://jmp.sh/PQPfulG. It appears to remind you that you didn't make an update and to make it.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

Thank you for your response here. I'm sorry I wrote the other before I realized you had written this one.

Yes. I click the "update" button after every change I make. And "too often" I'm told "page needs a refresh" and I lose those changes. That's why I wanted to know how to use the feature advertised called "auto-save". I also don't leave the page. I keep that browser tab open. And usually refresh it before I begin working, because if I'm logged out the page becomes "funny", and I know I have to log back into WordPress.

    Thanks,
    Dan

    Hi,

Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.6 and Brizy Pro 2.2.2 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Did you receive the same message to refresh the page? How often it appears? How often did you make an update to the page?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
