Licence change

Hello,

we have purchased a WaaS licence we would like to activate in our multisite. At the very moment, we have PRO licence. We do not seem to have any option to change the licence key to the new WaaS one. How could we do this, please? Of course we are changing it in the Network Admin with the correct rights.

  Hi,

  Did you have the Brizy Pro license and now you bought the WaaS License? Did you make the upgrade to the WaaS License and pay only the difference or did you bought it as a separate license at the full price? If you upgraded, you will not have access to the previous license and you will have only the WaaS license. If you bought the WaaS license separately, then you should have the Brizy Pro Lifetime/Studio/Personal License and the Brizy Pro WaaS license on your account. To activate the WaaS license in the multisite network, you have to go to the Network admin -> Brizy -> License and there add and activate the WaaS license. See here the article regarding this.

  Hello,

   

  yes, we used to have Brizy Pro and bough WaaS. Yes, we paid only the difference. I followed the article, but there is no "Licence" option.

  Does that mean the previous licence was simply converted and we do not need to change aything on our end?

  Hi,

  Did you not see the "License" inside the Brizy account or in the WordPress Network Admin? Could you please send us a screenshot? Also, could you please check if you didn't activate the WhiteLabel? If you activate the WhiteLabel you can't see the License tab and therefore you have to activate an option to show them. See this article about this.
