Popups not working

Since the update before last, the pop-ups aren't working on a client's site. I upgraded the plugins this morning to v.2.2.6 & Pro v.2.2.2 and am still having the same issue.

I have cleared the site's cache, tried the site on several browsers (Firefox, MS Edge and Brave), ensured that there are no pop-up blocking apps. But the problem hasn't gone away.
