Brizy Pop-ups not working

Since a recent upgrade, the popups have stopped working. I have upgraded the Brizy Plugin to v.2.2.6 and the Pro to v.2.2.2 and while I can edit & view the pop-ups, they don't display on the page.

I have turned off any pop-up blocking and tried on Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Brave browsers. I have cleared the site's cache. But still no joy.

  Hi,

  Did you find this error with the internal pop-ups (that are added in the page to a button, image etc.) or with the external pop-up (that are added on page loading or other conditions)? If this problem is happening locally on the page, could you please refresh the page, update it and then try again to edit it?
  Also, could you please check if this problem happens when you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme?

  Hello,

  I'm having the same issue after updates using the external pop-up connected to Mailchimp with page loading conditions (on page load, for all pages). The cookie pop up we created is also no longer working. This happens every time there is an update where we lose potential subscribers. The key is that it is working prior to every update. I'm not sure what the solution is. Thanks

  The error is the external pop-up. I can view and edit via the backend but the pop-up doesn't display in the front end.
  
  I have refreshed the page, viewed the site in numerous browsers and cleared the site and browser cache.
  
  I deactivated all plugins except Brizy/Brizy Pro - still no front end pop-up.
