Pop up doesn't display in page | CLOUD PRO

Hello,
I created a pop-up and I want to be display on this page after clicking the white button "Start free trial" → https://www.housetogrow.org/emotional-intelligence

This is the pop-up I created: https://gyazo.com/3bd840af86a415f2f2838250f4052f99

I put it in the button to be display after click on it, but for somereason it doesn't display. What's happening?

I'm having the same problem. The popup links were working before the latest Brizy update, but now, when the links are clicked, nothing happens. And the popups can't be edited.

Hi there,

I want to inform you that this problem is already fixed for the WordPress environment and as soon as possible (3-4 hours) the fix will be available in the Brizy Cloud too. Therefore for users who find this problem on the WordPress environment, please update the Brizy Free to the 2.2.6 version and Brizy Pro to the 2.2.2 version.

I've updated to the latest versions of Brizy free and Brizy Pro for my wordpress site (as instructed).

The problem has not been fixed.

The popup links do nothing and I cannot edit the popups. Please advise.

Hi Melissa,

Could you please delete the site cache and make a refresh to the page where you can't edit the pop-up? After this try again to edit the pop-up. Could you also send us the URL link of the page where you encounter this problem?
If the problem is still manifesting, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme? Do you receive the same problem?

Dear, unfortunately this is true. I was just about to edit the popups in Brizy Cloud Pro as well. It still doesn't work, and you can't click and edit the popups. Thanks Cheers Neo

- I cleared the cache and refreshed the page
- I switched to a WP theme
- I deactivated all other plugins
Problem still occurring on these pages (popup does not load and cannot be edited):

Dear Sandra, yes the popup at the top is only displayed because it has been in there for a while before the problem occurred here. Also, with others. But if I want to add a new one and also at the top, it would be the same problem. Therefore, I have also copied above the whole button with popup to the very bottom also. Is it just me or the problem still exists? I'm working on this project https://cherry5389658.brizy.site/ and this button:

should bring up this popup:

but it doesn't!

I can edit this popup, but I can't open it via click in preview. Is someone working on solution for this? As I can see, this topic was started 1 month ago and nothing has changed yet.

Hi,

Yes, the problem with the pop-up is already fixed and now is working fine. In your case, I suppose that the problem is a bit different. Could you please inform us what information contains the pop-up? Did you add some external code there? If you remove it from the pop-up, is it open fine in the preview and live mode? I also, suppose that the problem is in that code because when I try to open that pop-up, in the Console is displayed errors related to an external code. See here.
