Popups are no longer working and cannot be edited.
I have several text-link popups installed on this page: bellastradasalon.com/spa, but they are not displaying. When the text-link is clicked (View Bio & Services), the popup does not appear.
I'm also unable to edit the popups. When I click them in the builder, nothing happens. These were working perfectly before today. Please help. Client is not happy.

Could you please remember or check if these pop-ups are global? At the moment, we encounter a problem with the global pop-ups and our developers are working to solve it. I'm sorry for this inconvenience. The Saved pop-ups and the simple one are working just fine.

I want to update you that this problem is already solved and all is working fine with the Global pop-ups. Therefore, could you please update the Brizy Free plugin to the 2.2.6 and Brizy Pro to 2.2.2 version? Could you please check this?

I've updated and checked. The problem has not been fixed. These are NOT all global blocks (and even the global blocks are still not working). Some are simple popups and some are saved popups.

Could you please delete the site cache and make a refresh to the page where you can't edit the pop-up? After this try again to edit the pop-up. Could you also send us the URL link of the page where you encounter this problem?
If the problem is still manifesting, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme? Do you receive the same problem?Thanks!

The section that contains the 4 editions ("We have a workspace for your use case") has a popup associated with each edition. These no longer work. Please help.

Thank you for writting to us! Yes, we could find that this problem is still happening on the text element. On buttons all is working fine. Our team are already investigating this inconvenience and plan to release the fix in the next update. Unfortunately, at the moment, I can't say when it will be release but we are doing all the best to release it as soon as possible.
If you have the possibility and we need a urgent fix for this issue, I can recommend adding a button and set it without any background. See here. After this, you can re-create the pop-up (if you didn't have saved it) and attach to this button.Thanks!

This is becoming very frustrating.
At this point, there are some pretty basic core components of this software which are not working.
This product isn't stable, at all.
I'm actually worried your next update with break wordpress, and destroy our sites.
Also, you're making me look like a fool in front of my clients. And I'm beginning to lose business.
So... I really think you need to be careful. Test your software thoroughly before you release the next update.
But, I really think you should take notice to the aforementioned. Because buying a new license, and training my clients on entirely new software is going to be costly. And I might lose some clients, all together, if I don't get these deliverables in a reasonable amount of time.
I'm sure I'm not the only customer in this position.

Regarding the pop-up problem - we plan to release the fix in the next days. At the moment we need to make some other checks, tests and fix the inconveniences that can appear in this process.
Each update we release is tested and we take care and a lot of time for this process. For us, it is very important but may appear some problems and inconveniences, nobody is perfect. Even WordPress, Facebook, Google, YouTube and other big companies can have some issues. We are doing all the best to release the fix as soon as possible. Please, allow us a bit more time.
