Brizy first time Sever sync

Followed the steps in the instructions to the T. Though all I get is the blank WP page

  Hi,

  are you referring to this article: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync ? Server Sync has nothing to do with WordPress so it's strange when you say that all you have is a blank WP page.

  Put the folder in an empty folder , did all the steps mentioned, still looks like this:

  From what I see, you already have WordPress installed on that domain. You cannot have WordPress and Brizy Cloud project on the same domain. You need another domain that is clean and add the Brizy folder there.
