Error "Your Email Was Not Sent" when submitting contact form

    Hi Brandon,

    #1 - If you want to deselect one form connection, you have to duplicate the form and on the duplicated form you have to connect it again with the service you want (WordPress or SMTP). If you choose the SMTP option, please make sure you followed all these steps from this article in order to connect the form with SMTP. For some SMTP connection, you need to generate a special password and activate some fields from the email, therefore we suggest to consult also the documentation of the email account you want to add through SMTP.

    #2 - You see the "The message was not sent" when trying to send the lead because one of the connection isn't configured fine. In this case, I suppose that the SMTP connection isn't correctly set-up. With what email do you want to connect the form using the SMTP?

    #3 - At the moment, Brizy forms work only with the invisible reCAPTCHA V2. See here.
