Error "Your Email Was Not Sent" when submitting contact form

Hi,

I am trying to setup the contact us form on page. I tried first for SMTP message with filing out the required fields. It does show me confirmation message that SMTP connect successfully.

Now when I try from front end it gives me above error.  So I tried wordpress option as well. There are two problems now.

#1 Both options Wordpress and SMTP has green check box. I can not select only one.

#2 Not too sure but one email came through using wordpress option but still on front end message was same Email can not send.

#3 Tried to add Recaptcha. Followed the same steps, added key site and secrete. Also make sure the key domain list has domain name and sub domain name as well. (site URL since it is currently on sub domain) it it still gives error. Also made sure the check box on google captcha settings is unchecked for Verify domain origin source.

What I am missing here?

  Hi Brandon,

  #1 - If you want to deselect one form connection, you have to duplicate the form and on the duplicated form you have to connect it again with the service you want (WordPress or SMTP). If you choose the SMTP option, please make sure you followed all these steps from this article in order to connect the form with SMTP. For some SMTP connection, you need to generate a special password and activate some fields from the email, therefore we suggest to consult also the documentation of the email account you want to add through SMTP.

  #2 - You see the "The message was not sent" when trying to send the lead because one of the connection isn't configured fine. In this case, I suppose that the SMTP connection isn't correctly set-up. With what email do you want to connect the form using the SMTP?

  #3 - At the moment, Brizy forms work only with the invisible reCAPTCHA V2. See here.
