    Hi Sandra,

I turned off the tags filter, and it looked fine. However, the tags filter is essential to this page's function. To be able to filter by location is essential.

Here is the link to the page, please delete before making the comment public:

    Thank you,

    Nik

    Hi,

I'm sorry but this is the right way of working for Posts elements. When is using the Tags filter, the posts are displayed in the Mansory way, in such a way was planned and coded this option.

Hold on, so I've been waiting 2 months for something that wasn't ever going to work right in the first place? I'm confused as to why you didn't tell me about this in the first place, that using the Tags filter that it was always going to be that way? I'm extremely disappointed that this is the resolution. I would have expected a "this is the default, however, we can work on a non-masonry view", because honestly, the masonry view doesn't look good on posts that are text-based.

    Hi,

In the first instance when you reported this problem, we could find this issue for the classic way of displaying posts in the Posts element when isn't used the "Tags Filter". Now, I was informed by the team that the problem is already solved and all should work fine. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and for not being clear and explicit from the beginning.

So then if this is going to be like this, and there's no plans to fix it, is there ANY way to get the heights to line up, maybe via CSS or something? I really need a fix to this.

Yes, of course, you can try using a Custom CSS code and apply it to the Posts element but unfortunately, we can't create it and share it. We would like to help you with this, but it can be complex and here on Support we don't have enough time to write the Custom CSS for these cases. Hope you can understand us!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
