Popup automation with Zapier not working
We have created a popup to collect leads for: https://www.contracthero.io/
2 things are worrying me:
-in incognito browser, the popup doesnt even work but when clicking on it, stays on the same page and URL changes to: https://www.contracthero.io/#iwegyxoqczkpltkdghdemktbhtwtgvgouphh.
-we integrated with zapier so that after filling in data into the popup lead form, the data gets automatically forwarded as an email to Zapier. It simply doesnt send anything.
please assist.

2 - When you send the lead, did you receive the message that the message sent with success? In the Project Leads https://jmp.sh/ekPjIct do you see the messages from this form?

thanks for your reply. I will respond to 1. in the other ticket.
For 2.: I receive the success message (which is still the old one btw even though i updated it). In the Project Leads I do see the messages from the form. So this part seems to be working?

Yes, the messages are stored in the Brizy Leads but seem that the connection with the Zapier is something wrong. Could you please check if you followed all these steps from here in order to add the Zapier integration?

so, we deleted Zapier and activated email notifications. They are not working.
I collect the lead in brizy correctly, but I dont get the email notification. Could you please check the email notifications and let me know what we can do? I checked spam and everything but I dont get the email notification.
Also, the issues I already stated regarding the popup, are still unsolved:
-on mobile the popup cannot be closed.
-the success message cannot be updated.

Update: I fixed all issues that are popup-related.
How: I usually went to menu>popups> and made all adjustments there.
However, I needed to go to the start page where I set the links to the popup and adjust it there in every link (4 times in total)
This way, I could fix:
-email notification
-make cross-out X visible on mobile
-update success message
I dont know if you guys were aware of this but out of user perspective it is not very intuitive to handle because one is used to go to the menu and choose the page/ popup one wants to edit and not go to all pages where I link to the popup to adjust the popup. Understand what I mean?
The only open topic is the other one where I asked you what I can do to adjust cookiebot in order to not block elements of my website (like for example the popup).
Please assist with that last part.
