    Hi,

Could you please send us the URL link of the site? We want to check it.
Also, could you please check if you followed all the steps from this article? Did you register only the Cname and A record? Could you check if you don't have set-up an AAAA record?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sauro,

I responded to you already in this post but I will re-add it here too with some adapted modifications.
Could you please check if you followed all the steps from here to publish the site using the Custom Domain method? We recently updated this article and add some valuable notes.
Could you send us a screenshot with how did you set these record on the domain provider? Could you send the URL link of this site? If you don't want to make them public, let us know and we will delete them before approving your reply.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I noticed that the other subdomains of www.provalatorba.it
    (cart.provalatorba.it, set.provalatorba.it, downsell.provalatorba.it)
    are not well configured.
I am attaching the screenshot of the settings on the server that I have set up following your guide
