    Hi,

Could you please check if the Current data from the DNS settings of the Brizy Cloud project are marked with green https://jmp.sh/SKg4FlS? Also, could you send us a screenshot with how did you register the A record and Cname record? Do you have set only one A record?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

At the moment, isn't possible to set-up the email for the domain you host in Brizy Cloud. This feature will have a bit later.
Regarding the SSL certificate, A record and Cname record - could you please send us the screenshots but without hiding the A record and Cname record. In this case we will be able to check how did you configured them because, from the screenshot you send from Brizy Cloud, we found that the Cname and A record aren't set-up.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hello Hasita!

We can not help you with the DNS records, for your project. The A record is not fully propagated: https://bit.ly/3cnvJ9c  and we receive "no A record" from our servers.

You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them if they can help you.

I kindly request to keep us updated with this issue.

    Thank you!

    Natalia

    Namecheap support convo:

Support: I've updated the DNS zone for your domain name. Allow up to 30 minutes for the changes to be accepted globally.
Hasitha Chandrasekara:will that resolve the issue?
Support:Yes, the host records will work properly after the propagation.

    Update: Issue resolved.

    Hi Sauro,

Could you please check if you followed all the steps from here to publish the site using the Custom Domain method? We recently updated this article and add some valuable notes.
Do you have set-up only a Cname and A record? Could you check if you don't have an AAAA record? Could you send us a screenshot with how did you set these record on the domain provider? Could you send the URL link of this site? If you don't want to make them public, let us know and we will delete them before approving your reply.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I’ve been trying to get this resolved. I also have an issue with SSL on my client’s site: www.deanphc.com

It says “this connection is not private” in Safari. I also checked in duck duck go and it allowed to visit the site unlike Safari BUT told me it is unencrypted. I have the settings correct inside Brizy for this site. Can someone please help me get this resolved. The other ticket has been unresolved and this needs fixed. Please.

    Hi Glen,

I checked the site you send us in the Chrome and Safari browsers and in both cases all is working fine. See here a screenshot from Safari and here from the Chrome. Could you please check again?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
