    Hi,

Thank you for informing us regarding this problem. We already informed our developers regarding this issue and they will investigate it. In the meantime, could you please check if you don't have some external code in the page (embed code, Custom CSS code)? This problem can be caused also by this external codes in the site.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Hi. Thank you for help. For my information, just enter the code manager tag in the "Code injection" page. Other than that there is none.

Hi, I think this issue is super interesting because if your code is vulnerable and easy for Google to discard as a bad software... you have a problem with all users we want to make landings for SEM campaings...

There are any news about this issue?

The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".
Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. "

    Hi there,

@Virginia Gomez Lopez, in some cases we found that users have an external code added in the Brizy Cloud projects and that code made a lot of requests. From this reason, Google Ads blocked the campaign. Now, we are investigating this issue to find if there is a common cause for all sites that encounter this problem. If we will find a problem from our side, we will immediately fix it.

@Iqbar, could you please check now the Brizy Cloud dashboard? We already fixed this problem. I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hello team,

This is Parag Pathare and i am having the same Google Ad issue highlighted above. My website https://hinjawadi.in built on brizy cloud is now rejected TWICE by GOOGLE ADs giving the same of "malicious software".

With 20 websites on Brizy.cloud and we intending to run google Ads for each of those in coming months, we will be in big soup. Please let us know if brizy.cloud platform has any underlying issue causing Google Ads to fail.

The only external code i have is of an established chatbot platform - botstar.com.

    Your soonest response is appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    regards,

    parag

Dashboard issues are back to normal.

I just entered the tag manager code only. This problem has been going on for 5 days but still has not been resolved. There is a lot of time wasted

    Hi there,

@Parag, could you please temporary delete the external code for the chatbot platform? After this try to establish again the connection between Brizy Cloud project and the Google Ads. Are Google Ads block the ad campaigns?

@Iqbar, we are still investigating this issue and we strive to find what causes this behaviour. When we will receive a response, we will inform you too.

    Thank you for understanding!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hello Sandra,

As we already had 2 Ad approval request rejections, we are a little concerned if the third time request for approval can do more harm to the entire google Ads account as they hint so.

Like i searched google "google malicious sofware brizy", i also did a similar check for Botstar and google malicious software and couldn't see any mention of it. No mention of such issue on botstar forum as well. Thus, it looks safe. Since others have raised this issue with brizy, i think it could be at brizy server end.

We did remove botstar code from header but don't want to re-attempt with google Ad submission. Sorry, worried of them banning the google Ad account.

    regards,

    parag

    Hi there,

This problem can appear when on the Brozy Cloud project is added other external URLs, codes, scripts and widgets. Google check the site and find all these external codes and request and find one of them as malicious but it doesn't indicate which one. Therefore, it is a bit hard to find there only a Brizy problem.
Also, we recommend launching Ads campaigns on the Custom domains and avoid our Brizy subdomains.

@Smart Suburbs, we opened your site and find there a lot of external codes. See here. When Google scan your site and found there a malicious code, we can't be sure that it is about Brizy code. Maybe the problem is in one of those external codes, URLs, scripts and so on.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hello Sandra,

Update on Google Ads attempt for Hinjawadi.com:

We removed the external code of botstar.com, removed all other external links from the footer of our website.

We left google's own tool Tag Manager code intact in the header (which logically cannot trigger malicious call from google).

Likewise we left FB pixel code intact in the header (which logically cannot trigger malicious call from google).

Then we resubmitted our Google Ad for approval. IT GOT REJECTED AGAIN WITH THE SAME ERROR AS MALICIOUS CODE.

Certainly a issue at Brizy server end. Can't be anything else.

    Please check and revert asap.

    thanks,

    parag

    Hi, Sandra, how are you?

The message below was sent to me by Google Support about this Issue.

    --------------------------------------------

    How are you? Hope so!

Here is Heloisa, Google Ads specialist and responsible for your question on this opportunity.

    What happened?

Your question is about ads disapproved for Malicious Software, correct?

    Let's settle together!

As chatted, Paulo, I opened an appointment for a specialized team to thoroughly analyze the URL of your website. In the ads, it is a subdomain, so the test was done with the domain brizy.site and found an infected link.

In response, the team advised that they will have to check the entire URL first, and, if necessary, contact us to request a new review.

Below are the link found and also the instructions that need to be followed carefully to complete the URL cleaning process.

Your ads are disapproved for Malicious Content, which indicates the presence of insecure links on your site. Known as Malware, these links are software designed to harm your computer and steal confidential information, and can be viruses, trojans, spyware, among others.

To make sure that the site is infected at the moment, I forced a new scan that shows that it still has links that need to be removed. I will give details of what needs to be done, but keep in mind that it can take up to 72 business hours for the site adjustments to reflect on the approval of the ads and until this period you cannot make any changes to the ad .

For the website to be advertised, it is necessary:

    1. Request that the team responsible for the development of the website remove the malicious links below;
    2. After they are removed, our system will automatically rescan the website within 24 hours;
    3. If no malicious link is found, the site can be announced within 48 hours.
      Note: Counting the first 24 hours of the scan plus the 48 hours of website update, the total time for this process is 72 hours;
    4. After that, submit your ads for review through the interface .

    • Links of the files that must be removed:

    https://genusmblao.ru/Gy5wjTpP?return=js.client&&se_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Furl%3Fsa%3Dt%26rct%3Dj%26q%3D%26esrc%3Ds%26source%3Dweb%26cd%3D1%26ved%3D0CCwQFjAB%26url%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fbulyoto.brizy.site%252F%26ei%3DMLjIX-biNZ3B8QXcLQ%26usg%3DAFQjCNEYrT-WD3tP6XO3T3M5Ru9DUhVaxQ&default_keyword=%D0%9A%D0%B8%D0%BB%D1%86%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B0%20%D1%81%D1%82%D0%BE%D0%BF%D0%B8%20-%20%D1%84%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%BA%D0%B0%20%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%B8.%20%7C%20Home&landing_url=bulyoto.brizy.site%2F&name=_S5CwynQdr88ZMw82&host=https%3A%2F%2Fgenusmblao.ru%2FGy5wjTpP

During the process of new scans (step 2) and updating the site (step 3) it is possible that new links will be identified due to Malware's own behavior in re-installing itself on the site, which will disapprove the ads again. If this happens, check with the team to see if the same links that were removed went back to the site.

Google has deep scanning tools and therefore reports from third party tools may not be sufficient to prove the absence of malicious links. However, removing these links is the responsibility of the website development team. Count on us to indicate the links that need to be removed if, after 72 hours , your ads continue to be disapproved, even with the links already removed.

I just came here to check up, I had this issue today. At first I thought Google was being funny. Then I remember Brizy being in contact about the Malicious user on their server.  Which I imagine Google has now flagged Brizy Cloud software as Malicious.

Is there an alternative we can use for now? I do have brizy plug-in via wordpress, should I use that instead for now.

    Hi Joshua,

We are still investigating this issue. Our developers work on this inconvenience and unfortunately, at the moment we don't have some updates about this. I'm sorry for this inconvenience!
Yes, a solution for the moment could be to use WordPress but in this case, you will not be able to use the Brizy hosting.
Let us know if we can help you with something else.

    Merry Christmas!

    Hello Sandra, all,

Need to share how we recovered from this. After we reported to Google, they pointed us to one of the website page having Peakm (peakmetrics.com) RSS feed which had news link with malicious / spammy content. So we removed that RSS feed and after 2 days our Google Ad got cleared.

If anyone of you using https://www.peakmetrics.com/ RSS feed, please take note.

Google Ad engine looks at each of the link on the pages and if any third party link is found to have bad content, it will disapprove your Ad.

    Thanks & Regards,

    parag

    Hi Jacky,

I'm sorry for the problem you found with the Google Ads on the Brizy Cloud project. We know about this problem and we investigate how to solve it as soon as possible.

Regarding the same problem happening in the WordPress environment. In this case, unfortunately, we can't help at all because here is the WordPress environment and this problem can be generated from another plugin you use, from the WordPress installation, theme and rather causes. Also, we found from our users that they encounter this problem only in the Brizy Cloud not also in the WordPress environment, therefore some of them moved their sites in the WordPress environment.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
