I made a landing page and it was working fine with google ads - before 4-5 days.
Yesterday i make changes in same landing page and upload the file in website - But Google showing "maliciuos software" for this and disapproved my ads.
What's going on with Brizy - The same thing happening from months and still no solution.

    Hi Saurabh,

Did you encounter this problem on the Brizy Cloud or in WordPress environment where you are using the Brizy plugins?
If this problem happens in the Brizy Cloud, I want to say that we know about this inconvenience and we are working to solve it as soon as possible. It is a complex problem and we need a bit more time to investigate and find the cause. I'm sorry for this inconvenience!
If the problem happens in the WordPress environment where you use the Brizy plugins, this problem can e happen also by another plugin, external code, modification, etc. Try to check what you make in these 4-5 days? What plugin did you add? What modification did you make? What did you install? The problem can be here.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Thank you for updating us regarding this. Could you please check if you didn't add some Custom CSS or external embed code?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Hi, I was going to create a new post for this, but then saw this thread, which is the exact problem I'm having. So I thought I'd add my post detailing the issues that I'm having in the comments here:

    ---------------------------------------------

I recently tried creating a Google Ads campaign with a Brizy site as the landing page. However, when I submitted the Google Ads campaign it was “Disapproved for Malicious Software”. This has happened to me before with a completely different Brizy site as well. I reached out to Google Ads support and here is what they said:

“The most recent scan of your website is still affected by the unsafe domain which is ‘genusmblao[.]ru’.

    Below is the infected LP:

    1. https[:]//bulyoto[.]brizy[.]site/

I request you to please check this with your web developer and remove the affected links from the website.“

I don't recognize anything about ‘genusmblao[.]ru’ or 'https[:]//bulyoto[.]brizy[.]site/'. I tried searching my files for any mention of that but couldn't find any. Another Brizy user that had this issue also mentioned ‘genusmblao[.]ru’ as an issue, so I'm guessing that's not a coincidence.

Has there been any progress made on figuring out what is causing this issue and how to fix this? Like others in this thread, I plan to use Google Ads for many of my Brizy projects, so if Google Ads continues to disapprove Ads that use Brizy landing pages, that will be a major issue as I'll have to use another landing page software.

Let me know if you have any questions or need me to clarify anything about my specific projects and Brizy landing pages.

    Thanks!

    Connor

    Hi,

Thank you for your implication in this post. We know about this problem and we are still investigating it. For some cases, we found that the problem was in the external embed code or Custom CSS code. Therefore, could you please check if you don't have the external embed code or Custom CSS code?
Also, I want to inform you that we are still investigating this problem and at the moment we don't have a certain response to it.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Joffre,

Could you please make sure you don't have the external code or Custom CSS code added in the Brizy Cloud project?

We are in the progress to check this issue but in most cases, the primary cause of the problem was that the users used some external code that is detected by Google Ads as mallicious.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Has this issue ever been resolved?

If so what was the outcome?

    Hi Charles,

We are still checking this problem. In most cases, we checked this problem wasn't caused by the Brizy Cloud code. It was caused by the external code, embed code, scripts added in the project or the user's content.

Could you please make sure you don't have the external code or Custom CSS code added in the Brizy Cloud project? Also, could you please check if the content added to the site corresponds with the Google standards?

    Best regards,
    Sandra
