Brizy cloud - limit on internal popup forms per project?

Hello team,

 

Two queries: 

a) internal popup form limit per project:

I have a project in brizy.cloud with over 20 internal popup forms.

However, we noticed that only the first 10 seem to work and the rest additional ones done work.

Is there a limit as such for how many popup forms we can have per project?

b) Can we define a generic popup project which can trap the underlying page it is launched from?

We have a requirement where it would be important to know which page the popup project was triggered so we have a better analysis of lead.

  Hi Parag,

  a) No, at the moment, we don't have any internal pop-up limit per project in Brizy Cloud. Could you please indicate the project (strawberry123456.brizy.site) and the page where you encounter this problem?

  b) Could you please give more details regarding this? At the moment in Brizy Cloud, you can create an external pop-up and set some triggers https://jmp.sh/Ze5JJWl. For more details regarding how to embed an external pop-up into a project, you can access this article.

  Hello Sandra,

  Sorry for this delayed response.

  a) The project is https://www.hinjawadi.in (watermelon1052209.brizy.site). We noticed that only the first 10 popups work on this website (https://hinjawadi.in) counting from the main popup to the home page listed first 9 projects where the popup clicks happen and rest all the internal popup doesn't launch. 

  b) the below embed code of popup project named "Pune West Popup form" is used on almost 20 projects. We are trying to see how can this generic form dynamically pick some attribute and include it as part of lead details. So we know which project (ie; which website) triggered this lead. So some hidden field which logs the source page URL would be perfect to address the gap.

  Hi,

  Thank you for all these details.

  1 - We investigating your site and could find the issue. Actually, we don't have a limit of pop-ups added in one project but we found that this problem occurred when on a project are many pages and many conditional pop-ups. In this case, can appear the problem you receive. We already work on this improvement and after 1-2 Brizy Cloud updates, we will release this fix.

  2 - All leads collect per project. Unfortunately, at the moment in the Project Leads you can't know from what form is send the lead. Therefore, if you add a global pop-up to 2 or more projects, then the Leads you will be able to find in the Project Leads. Also, I want to add that ar the moment, on the pop-up isn't possible to add some dynamic data or attributes to track them.
