Hi I am Avinash,

I am Getting an error on my site saying Something went wrong, when i am trying to edit a page with brizy.

I recently cloned my website from one server to another on cloudways.

May be that caused this.

What is the solution?

  hi!

   

  i have a problem in accessing my website which was made thru brizy cloud. i try publish the website and used "server sync". when i upload the files in my cloudways hosting plan. error occurs and/or website is not displaying.

   

  how can you help me? i tried to look in the tutorials and support page unfortunately i cannot find any solution.

  Hi,

  Could you please give us more details about the error occurs on the server when you added the Brizy archive with Brizy project? Could you please send us some screenshots? Did you follow all these steps and recommendations from this article https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync?
