    Hi,

Could you please check if you followed all steps and recommendations from this article https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-? Could you please send us a screenshot with how you set-up the Cname and A record? Also, could you please send us how are displayed the current data from DNS settings in the Brizy Cloud? Are they marked with green?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Sandra,

I am having the same issue. I have launched a site and the SSL is not populating.

http://www.valentineacandheat.com/ - Didn't populate for a week so I rebuilt the site thinking I was something I did (yes, I know I should have just posted here :) ).

    Hello Brian,

    Thank you for your comment.

In case the SSL certificate suddenly disappears, please refresh the DNS settings in your Brizy tab - and the page will be secured "again". Right now your page is secured.

    Regards, Natalia
