    Hello!

    Natalia here!

What exactly is not working? The page can not be updated? What is your project URL? (this one - project.brizy.site)

    Thanks!

    Natalia

Hi, I am having same problem for a month or more, I cannot export HTML, I cannot server sync, I cannot use netlify, lots of people having same problem, and community team of this forum is not helping. He already wrote his project URL in his message. Are you really reading the messages? I lost hope.

    Hi Ali,

We already discussed this problem here https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360073085531-Big-site-export-problems. Why do you say that we don't help you? I opened again your site and all pages are displaying fine https://jmp.sh/Y0IKlIC. Did you encounter another problem? Could you please give us more details?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I thank you a lot, I appreciate that you want to help. First thing is we are not using smilecase.brizy.site for production, we are using it as preview before export (and it is working so slow, sometimes I get even HTTP 500 errors, but it is ok for me since it is just for preview). I need to export HTML, and brizy cloud has that feature right? But if I cannot export HTML, or server sync method as you suggested in that post, it is useless to me, and it has to be consistent, one day work as expected, then next day may not work as expected is not acceptable.

Second problem is, for example in this post, if Natalia did read the post she wouldn't ask the project URL because it is already written in the first post. Same thing happened for my post, everything was written in the previous posts, and same questions were asked again. Then I stopped writing.

I think this is not a good platform to make a big site, maybe good for single page, or landing pages. Anyway, thanks.

    Hi,

If I remember well, our developers fixed the problem you encounter in publishing the site using the Export HTML method. At that moment, they said that if the project is big with many pages and blocks on pages, the export HTML can take 20 minutes to export the site. Did you receive the same problem? Or the problem you encounter is different? Could you please give more details about the problem you encounter now?

Regarding the second problem - I'm sorry for this inconvenience but Natalia didn't ask about the URL from Cloud but the URL of the site where you want to publish the folder you receive when using the Server Sync method.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
