Big site export problems
Hi, I have a site with 40 or more pages which I created in brizy cloud. Most of the time I cannot publish (html export) my site properly. When I try to download html files it waits some time and just 303KB default brizy.zip file is downloading which consists of 1 file and assets folder. Once in a day after waiting 30-60 minutes it downloads the real correct export file which about 45MB brizy.zip file. What is wrong? What should I do?

Hi,
Could you please send us the URL link of the Brizy Cloud project you try to export with HTML? Is this inconvenience happen when you try to publish the site using the Server Sync method?
Thanks!Best regards,

I am not using server sync method.I am using "Export the HTML files for your project. Download Now" button.
This is the project link: https://www.brizy.cloud/projects/897499/editor
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
Thank you! We tried to export the HTML of the project and all process lasted 8 minutes. It is a normal time. Sometimes, if the project is very big, the export can last 15 minutes too. If in your case this process lasts 30-40 minutes, could you please check the internet speed?
Best regards,
Sandra0 -
Hi, I dont know how it can be related to internet speed if the export file is just 45MB. Creating the zip file in brizy backend is taking time, not the download from my side. When (if) download starts, it downloads in a few seconds. My internet is fine, I tried it in my home and in my office, same results. The problem here is even if I wait 40 minutes it downloads a zip file for an empty project, not my project, zip file is something like 300KB. I am ok for waiting 40 minutes if it downloads my real project. Just a minute ago I did export and here is what I get.

If you receive this problem https://jmp.sh/9J56aky this means that the page is saved in the Drafts and when you try to export it the content can't be exported. Therefore you have to go to each page and "Publish" it and after this to "Update" it. See here.

Hi, I am sorry, I know you want to help but this is not helping. All pages are published already. You can see screen shot below. I exported this project successfuly a few times before. But in last two weeks I can't get html export properly. Once in a few days it works, but 95 percent of the time it gives me wrong file. Please someone in brizy team try to export that project from my account. I am sure he/she can understand the problem. I can add as a team member if needed.
Thanks.

Hi, Thanks for your help. I hope it won't take long to solve this problem. Problem still persists, I could not get the real import more than a week. Now it is always the same export with just one empty file(which says page is not created yet), and some assets. I deleted a few pages to see if it helps but it did not help. Is there a time estimation about resolving this problem?
Thanks.

Hi,
Unfortunately, I can't say when this problem will be fixed. Our developers are still investigating this issue. Please allow us a bit more time. As a solution for the moment, you can try publishing the site using the Server Sync method https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync.

I receive a notification from the team. We fixed this issue but the processing can take up to 20 minutes. There are too many pages, menus, blocks, etc. in the project.
Thanks!

Hi, we are trying server sync, a few days it worked as expected, but now we get the same one page which says "This page is not yet created. Please start designing your page by clicking the button below". What should we do, delete pages, components menus, saved components, global components?

Hello Ali,
Thank you!
I'm checking all your pages in this project - https://smilecase.brizy.site - each page is available for preview. I'm testing in Chrome/Incognito Browsers. If you have a specific page which gives you this error, please let me know.
Did you try to download again the HTML files of this project? How did it work?
Regards, Natalia

I'm having an identical issue here (although my site is roughly 1.2megs, rather than 40+).
It seems that the export is sending a package that is not complete. This is not via server-sync, but just HTML export. I've got stable 1gig internet speeds (and the export is just 1.2megabytes or so), so I don't think it is a speed issue on my side.
Were there any solutions here? Site is https://watermelon4307708.brizy.site/0 -
Hi Ben,
We checked the account and this site and all seems to work fine. See here, we made a video. We could export the HTML of this site and all seems to work fine. Could you please give us more details regarding what exactly isn't working fine?
Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0
