brizy multisite white label, pro license not active on user accounts.

hello I have an install of brizy wp newest versions, multisite with white label, my users do not have access to PRO features. not sure why it activating for them but its there no for me add license. help.

  Hi,

  In the multisite network, the Brizy Free and Pro are installed in the network admin. There is added the license and Whitelabel. In such a way on all sites from the network will be added the Brizy Free and Pro. On a single site, you can deactivate the BrizyPro. Therefore, could you please check if on the user's site is activated the Brizy Pro plugin.

  yes they are both active on network admin, but for some reason its not taking effect. Also checked at user level but I dont think those plugins show since its white label

  Is there a dev that can look at my network? Currently the place to input license does even show up in the dashboard. on admin or user. 

  I have reinstalled plugins but no luck getting it work. I would really love to get this fixed but im not sure how.

  Could you please try to deactivate the Whitelabel option and check if on the user's site is activated the Brizy Pro plugin?
  The field to activate the license you can find only in the Network admin. See this article https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360029381411-Good-things-to-know-if-you-want-Brizy-Pro-on-your-multisite-network.
