Contact Forms

I set up a contact form on my page using a Gmail account. I test the forms and did not get the email in my inbox. I see a green checkmark next to the Gmail icon on the form set up. How can I fix this problem?

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest updates for Brizy Free (2.0.12) and Brizy Pro (2.0.6)? If you have them and you still have this problem, could you please check this post? Here you can found some valuable information regarding this problem.

  I have the same problem here. Contact form doesn't work with gmail or any other (wordpress, smtp)

  Hi Terra,

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.10 and Brizy Pro 2.2.7 version? Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you receive the same problem?

  Could you please describe the problem you encounter? How did you set up the form? Could you send us some screenshots of how do you configure it? Where did you notice the problem? Could you send us a screenshot of the error you receive? On what page did you receive this problem?
