    Hi,

Could you please check if you followed all the steps from this article? Are the Current data of the DNS settings marked with green https://jmp.sh/xCBVyNS? Could you send us a screenshot with how did you set-up the A record and Cname record?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Brizy says the settings not found, but clearly it sees one setting because it resolves to brizy.

This is an SSL issue, is there a limit?

From where did you get the Custom domain? I notice that you register the Cname record in the "Subdomain Records (optional)" and not in the main field "Domain record (required)". Also, I noticed that you registered the Cname record and the A record several times. You have to register the A record and Cname record in the "Domain Record (required)" and only once.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

The Information is from Brizy for that site.

The Position is under "Subdomains" as that Provider does it.

The 3rd image is showing how the settings for magnorealty.com are set up the same way for that DR, exept for the www address itself and that is posting fine.

    Hi,

Did you followed the steps from this article? https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-
In this article isn't said that the Cname record should be added in the "Subdomain records".

If you read this article https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-Redirect- and you get a bit confused by how you have to set the Cname, I want to say that this article https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-Redirect- is about how to publish the Brizy cloud project on the subdomain of your domain. For example you have the domain.com site and you get the subdomain.domain.com and here you want to add the Brizy cloud project. In this case, you have not to set the A record, only the Cname record.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I'm sorry, maybe I am missing something, but maybe https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-Redirect- may work but, why as posted the same setup with the same Domain Register is working fine.

Actually, upon further reading, I don't understand why at all that this applies to this situation.

All answers to your questions have been provided, there is apears to be an issue with magnopm.brizy.site name.

The Domain is Redirecting just fine.

The lack of the SSL being applied is the issue.

    Thanks

    Hi,

This article https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-Redirect- has the same steps because the process is the same of adding the Cname record but the purpose is different. Therefore, could you please add the Cname record here https://jmp.sh/ylWqDOe. In Brizy Cloud, as you can see your records can't be found and this is the problem why the SSL certificate isn't applied.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

All DNS Checkers I use say the settings are right.

Brizy sysytem is not reading DNS settings.

Also, please note from previous images, the one for magorealty.com is the same domain register and the Brizy set up works fine with the www. in the bottom subdomain settings.

    Hello Dennis,

    Thanks for all your screenshots.

The problem is that the A record is not fully propagated for your domain - https://jumpshare.com/v/pnxu3IE5AHGygpzypAN3 Unfortunately, we can not handle these records on the custom domain part. Please, contact the domain provider and ask them to check both records.

For references, one of our users had a similar issue with Namecheap DNS record: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360073274952-SSL-Https-Missing

I have different results from DNS Checker.

You may have caught it in the middle of testing that I have tried.

The differences I see is that their Brizy Cloud says its resolved.

Mine has never had any green, only red not found.

Bottom Line, I have as of Today done all I can, I have:

    1. Checked settings with Original Dynanot. They are similar to the MagnoRealty.com with respect to it being "PM" instead of "Realty", which was in the same account at Dynadot.
    2. I tried 2 Different DNS Hosting solutions. Cloudfare and Rackspace.
    3. I have deleted its project multiple times.
    4. I have as of an hour or so Moved the Domain to GoDaddy.
    5. If this does not resolve than there is only one option, the Brizy System just does not like this domain name.
