Issues with Adding Licence with Pro Plugin within WordPress
Hi there,
Recently did a new WP install, added Brizy from the WP repos and then added Brizy Pro from the site download file. Both installed and both activated, however, I don't see the "licence" option under the Brizy menu on the left of the WP dashboard - any suggestions?

Hi,
Is this a multisite network? If so, you have to enter in the network admin and there find the License option. See here more details regarding WaaS license.
Thanks!

Hi Sandra,
Thanks for getting abck to me. No, its just a single site install, I have dealt with multi-sites before and my licence is just a studio pro licence.

Meant to say "haven't" dealt with multi-sites before...

Hi, Andrew,
Thank you for these details. Did you activate the WhiteLabel? If you put this variable at the end of your wp-admin link after you have logged in into your WordPress dashboard: /?brizy_enable_wl=true and run it(your link should look something like this: http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/?brizy_enable_wl=true) could you see the License in the Brizy?
Thanks!

Hi Sandra,
Not sure what it was that you were asking me to do but it worked!
The following screen came up with a licence tab to the right and have gone ahead and updated it with a licence key.

Just for future reference, is this something which can be avoided in the future or is it a little bug in the system?
Cheers

Hi,
It should not happen in future. In one of the last updates, we changed the place where you can find the License and now they are located in the "Settings". For checking this, could you please log-out from WP dashboard and then log-in again? Now, all should work fine.
Thanks!

Hi Sandra,
I did another new website install and am having the same issue as outlined above. Using the latest version of Brizy & Pro plugins and have also tried the suggestion you made above by adding the extension to the URL - unfortunately, the licence setting has not shown up.

Hi,
Did you checked the License in the Brizy -> Settings -> License? See here.
Thanks!

Hi Sandara,
Yep - see screenshot - https://share.getcloudapp.com/eDuBJJNy
Exact same issue as last time, the Licence tab does not show for some reason.

Hi, Andrew,
I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?
Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0
