Server Sync Not Working. We even re-installed

I really need help with tihs.  we have a url myterrateam.com/specialoffer1 and a brizy subdomain of https://specialoffer1.brizy.site/

 

The server sync stopped working. PLEASE HELP!

  The issue I think has been stated by many others.  We installed a server sync to a website and it stopped working.  I wanted to know what the problem was and why it stops. It seems to be a large scale issue from other community posts here and from your Facebook page as well.  

  I tried finding answers from other posts but nothing worked.  I resorted to just uploading a static HTML file.  But this is not ideal...

   

  We want the brizy cloud site to update and sync to our website landing page at myterrateam.com/specialoffer1

   

  as I pointed out it is now a static page but I could test another to help resolve this. It is a regular cpanel page as well...
