Server Sync Not Working. We even re-installed
We have the files on a server that is live and looking to send ads. The updates/changes seemed to stop over the last 24 hours or so. What's up and how do we fix?

I'm sorry for the late response. We checked both sites and they seem to look identical. I don't find any difference between them.

Your support system is pretty bad so I apologize for making multiple tickets...although I'm not sure this is even a ticket.
Regardless, please spend more time reviewing my input. I've noted to you already that I had to do the HTML export/install to get the page to be what I built in Cloud. So I am not using the server sync.
Please acknowledge the issues with server sync and point me to a solution so that I can start utilizing that again.

In the title of the post, you said that Server Sync not working and for this reason, I understand that you used the Server Sync method to publish the project. Also, you said in the previous ticket, "We installed a server sync to a website and it stopped working." and after this, you use the Export HTML method. This method seems to work for you. At the moment, I can't say what was the problem in your case or to investigate it deeper or to find the error but if you will found it again, please let us know and we will help you!
I only can add that the server sync "Golden Rule" is: Server Sync option is the last step in publishing a Brizy Cloud project. The entire server environment needs to be prepared before uploading the Brizy folder.Best regards,

Can you please you point me to the area/support article where you describe the "Golden Rule" for server sync along with how to properly prep the server environment. It sounds like that is what I need to troubleshoot. For the record, in case it helps the support team figure this out, we didn't sync until we were done largely, but then we updated some blocks and they didn't update....so that's the issue.
