    Hi,

    The error message you receive, notify you that you try to add a Brizy Personal license into the multisite network. Unfortunately, if you want to run Brizy Pro on the multisite network you need to use the Brizy WaaS license. See here.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi, Oscar,

    Could you please update the Brizy Free to the 2.0.7 version and update manually the Brizy Pro plugin to the 2.0.4 version? We solved this problem in one of the last version of the plugins. To update manually the Brizy Pro you have to:
    1 - Delete the current version of Brizy Pro;
    2 - Go to your Brizy account;
    3 - Download the latest Brizy Pro version (2.0.4) - don't unzip the folder;
    4 - Go back to WP dashboard in Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin;
    5 - Upload the zip folder you downloaded from Brizy account;
    6 - Activate the plugin;
    7 - Activate the license.

    Let us know if all is working fine now.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    I have the same error message when I try to update my plugin but I've been using BrizyPro on my multiste entwork since December 2019 and I've updated it various times before. Have you change the terms of use of the plugin in the meantime? If I download the new version and delete the old one from my www and then add the .zip file manually, will it work?

    Hi,

    From the beginning, we allow using only the WaaS license for the multisite network. We didn't allow using other Brizy licenses on the multisite network but we didn't have the right functionality to check this when the user tries to activate another type of license on the multisite network. Now, we have it and therefore, you receive this error.
    If you will delete the current version and install manually the new version of the Brizy Pro, then all will work ok.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hello,

    I bought a Pro - License today. But after installation does not appear the field to enter the license. Even after repeated installation.

    My site is in a multisite instance, but I need it only for this only for the single domain. I do not need a license for the whole network.

    Is this workable or do I need to cancel the purchase? This would be a great pity.

    With best regards, Dirk

    Hi,

    If you have the multisite environment, you can add the Brizy license only in the main network. There you have to add also the Brizy Free and Brizy Pro plugin. Unfortunately, isn't possible to add the Brizy plugins only for one site of the multisite network. You add it for the entire environment and if you don't want to use the plugin in a certain site, you can deactivate them for those sites. See here more details about this.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hello Sandra,

    Thank you for the answer! I have a license type personal, because I am not a commercial agency, but host privately and for a non-profit association and self-help for families with seriously ill children.

    I assumed. the Lizenztyp personal is suitable, since I do not need more.

    When I activate the Brizy Pro in the network and enter the license in the main domain, it is not accepted. If I understand everything correctly here, I need a special, high-priced license, type WaaS. Or?

    This would be ok if I would manage many websites commercially and it would be financially cheaper compared to a single license per domain.

    Unfortunately, it was not apparent to me on store page when I bought it. I assumed that it works like Thrieve Architect or other plugins with licenses (e.g. the newsletter, BBQ Firewall). They were not intended for the network, but could be unlocked in the individual network page.

    Licenses that directly support a wordpress network were so apparent to me.

    Is there only the solution of WaaS license?

    Best regards,

    Dirk

    Hi,

    I'm sorry but only the WaaS license can work in the multisite network. The other license types can't work in the multisite environment. If you have the Personal license, it will not work in the multisite network.
    Brizy is working a bit different in the multisite network. You install and activate them in the Plugins from the main network and then you can go to each site you don't need it and deactivate it.
    From your first message, you said that you need the Brizy Pro for one site, therefore I can suggest creating a new static site outside the multisite network (a simple site) and there install, activate and use the Brizy Pro plugins.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
