Can't activate the licence
Hello,
I recently updated the Brizy and Brizy pro plugin manually on my site.
I have made several changes in both plugins code so I did changes again after updating the plugin but thing is, it's asking me for license: https://take.ms/yuSzA
I am not sure why it's asking for that, even if it asks I don't have issue filling license again but the thing is there is no place to add license code in the site.
I remember it was just here in the network dashboard: https://take.ms/SDZaL
I also tried direct link: https://take.ms/i3TwX
Strange thing is, the license was activated before I updated plugin so why it deactivated itself after updating it.
I also checked this https://youtu.be/BRygWIdBtYI?t=175 but I think it's for the pro version and not the multisite version, in any case, could you show me where to put the license so I can use the global blocks.
Thanks.

Hi,
If you have the WaaS license and you want to activate the Brizy license in your multisite network, you have to install the Brizy Free and Pro in the Network admin. Also, here you have to activate the license. Here, in this article, you can find more details about this aspect.
Best regards,

Hello Sandra,
As I said, the license was already activated.
Both pro and free plugins are installed and activated, the issue is there is no license menu at all in WP dashboard.
Thanks.

Hi,
I'm sorry if my question makes you feel a bit uncomfortable but we don't know what user write to us and we want to concretise and check each little detail.
Could you please check "Settings"? From our last update, we moved the Brizy License to "Settings".
Thanks!Best regards,

Hello Sandra,
Yes, I checked the settings menu too, in-network dashboard as well as the main site's dashboard.
I have created an admin user for you, how can I send login details to you securely so you can check?
Thanks.

I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?
Thanks!

Hi,
Can you confirm that you are using the latest Brizy Free and Pro version 2.4.1? Please see this video about how to activate the license. Can you please tell me what exact error you have?
Best regards, Nelea.
