Hoover fx stop working after adding link

When I add a link to an object, all its hoover effects stop working.

Any fix?

  That's already third big issue you're working on and probably do not have ETA.

  How can you sell this product, as it seems like it;s still in beta?

  I'm beginning to think of a refund request :(

  It is a bit complex and complicated issue because are involved in many modules and when we fix this issue, we create other problems more serious. We will try to find a solution about this problem. I'm sorry for this inconvenience!

  This issue was reported five years ago, so to better understand the current behavior, could you provide a short screencast showing how adding a link to an object causes its hover effects to stop working? This will help us replicate the issue on our end.

  Hi Gaboor, 

  Thank you for your cooperation.  

  I've updated the block for you. Ensuring the logos had the same size was a bit complex, so I modified them, set them to equal dimensions, and added a transparent background. To achieve the effect, the logos are placed inside a column with links applied to it, within a row containing three columns. The hover effects were applied to the row columns.  

  Please check it and let me know if it works for you. The original block is saved in the elements if you need to revert it.

  Thank you for your help! However, I still don't understand why it needs to be so overcomplicated, as my method also works for the hover effect without the link. I still believe this is a bug that won't be fixed anytime soon.
