Custom subdomain set up problem

Hello,

 

I have followed https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-Redirect- for redirecting brizy to my custom subdomain.

Here is the how it looks like and followed by how my cloudflare is set up. Am i missing something? it has been more that 48 hours but i still cannot get it done.

  Hi,

  currently, Brizy does not work if Proxied is enabled. Here is a similar discussion: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360061574431-CloudFlare-CNAME-should-not-be-Proxied Try to disable it and check again.
