    Hello Moon,

    Thank you for your message!
Do you have the WaaS license? If you want to activate the Brizy Pro license on a multi-site network you need to have the WaaS license. Here you can find more details regarding it https://www.brizy.io/waas-program/. Also, here you can find some articles on WP WaaS program https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/categories/360001500932-WP-WaaS-Program.

Let us know if we can help you with something else!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Hello, I have a multsite install, and subsites are for my clients where I do their web design, so don't need Waas.

There is no place to put in license for subsites like you said. But you have crippled the use of "PRO" templates even though I bought a Lifetime Pro license. How do I fix this? I can't enter individual licenses.

I have the most update code as of 1/1/2021. I have WP 5.5

    How do I fix? Thanks!

    THanks

    Hi,

In the multisite network, the Brizy License is activated in the Main Network. For activating a license in a multisite network is needed the WaaS license. The other license will not be able to activate on the multisite network. For more details, please check this article. If you have a standard Brizy license (Personal, Studio or Lifetime) and don't use all the multisite network advantages, I can recommend creating a new, classic and standard WordPress site. There, you will be able to activate the Brizy License and benefit with all Brizy Pro advantages.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Hello, I appreciate it, but I have over 30 clients in my network, and I built them all.

I cannot create 30 sites just to Get "PRO" advantages.

I think I have some pro advantages, I really think you guys are creating barriers for the wrong reasons. Why should I need to by Waas, if I am doing the same thing as the other guys

If you have to do security measures, go by number of WP users. Its less than 1 to 1 on my network.

    Hi,

I'm sorry but the WordPress multisite network is a different network and for this reason, isn't possible to use a standard Brizy License in this environment. We don't force you buying and using the WaaS license. I offered you a solution for this case, you can do as other Brizy users do. If you need the Brizy for a single site from the network, you can create a new standard WordPress site for this client and here activate the Brizy Pro license. Other guys that have the Brizy Standart license doesn't have a multisite network but a standard WordPress environment.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
