Can't save to HTML

Hallo!

I try to save my Brizy Cloud project to HTML but nothing happens?

I only come to Download started (see screenshot) but nothing happens and no download starts...

What's wrong?

Hi Felix,

for any reason, we did not receive any screenshots attached to your message. Did you check this in different browsers? Do you have the same problem?

Do you have the same problem on all browsers? Does it happen for all projects or only for a specific one?

Could it be that I removed all files from my hosting service, which contained sync files?

I've tried both Crome and Edge browsers, but still same problem again... :(

Hi Felix,

the exported HTML files have nothing to do with the sync files or the hosting service. Server Sync is a different publishing method and works in a different way. Please refer to this article: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync
