Hi David,
I'm sorry but I have to ask you some question and receive some concrete response to them because it is very vague information you send us and we need more details about this problem you encounter.
Did you receive this problem on every page or a specific page? What is that page? How often did you make an update to the page? Do you have open the editor mode of the page in a single tab? What is the memory limit? Could you please try to optimize the site using the basic steps?
1 - Choose a quality hosting plan;
2 - Keep updated your plugins, theme and WP;
3 - Delete the plugins and themes you do not use anymore;
4 - Add a clean cache plugin and run it;
5 - Use an Image optimization plugin (we have an integration with ShortPixel, therefore we are recommending it);
6 - Clean the media library from the images you don't use anymore and the first revisions from the pages and posts you know you will not need;
7 - Optimize the database (WP Optimizer).Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0 -
I am also having this problem. This is happening every time I try to make edits to any of my pages!
- I am using BrizyPro
- The site is only open in one tab. No one else has been making edits to the page.
- Plugins, theme and WP are all up to date
- Plugins I no longer use have been deleted
- We have already increased the php limit and version to 512M and 7.2 respectively.
I have contacted the support team at Hostgator who also cannot resolve the issue and suggest we speak you. HELP!

Good luck Ellen, brizy was never able to resolve this for me and I get this message pretty much every time I try to edit my pages...

I must say, that lately I have not encountered this issue.
I thought it's been resolved by Brizy.

Hello Melissa,
Thank you for your comment.
From our discussion on the Zendesk platform, in January, I thought this case is solved at your end. I've reported that you may have a firewall in your hosting panel and I asked to contact the hosting provider in order to check the firewall option or the Mod_Security module and disable it. We also had a nice conversation about another issue. If you still have this problem or any other problem please let me know I will help you.
I will try to explain, in 2 words, how this error occurs in 99% of the cases:
Brizy sends a couple of requests to your server. If you have a Mod Security option or a firewall, the server will block these requests, and this error will occur.
In conclusion - Dear users - please feel free to report any issues here and we will be glad to help you or to guide you on how to solve these issues.
My best Regards, Natalia

Hi Wilson,
Thank you for contacting us.
We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site? We have created a private ticket for this request. You will receive an email regarding this. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?
Best regards, Nelea.

This issue seems to be related to WordFence. If you have it installed on your site, please consider trying the following steps to resolve the issue.
1. In the WordFence plugin settings, go to Firewall;
2. Turn on Learning Mode - https://imgur.com/TucapoH;
3. Go back to your Brizy page, make some minor adjustments, and then save the changes;
4. After completing the changes, go back to the WordFence settings and re-enable the 'Enabled and Protecting' option.
If you don't use WordFence, please also verify if you have access to temporarily disable the Firewall/Mod Security in your hosting console. This should help resolve the issue.
If the issue continues, please provide us temporary access to one of your websites, experiencing this issue. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

this had been happening for a few days and on my own troubleshooting I realized I could save pages if I deactivated wordfence. Do visitors have problems when this is going on?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The issue you’re experiencing with saving pages when Wordfence is activated only affects the back end of your site, so your site’s visitors should not encounter any problems while browsing.
However, if you notice any other unusual behavior, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
Best regards,
