Update... I see the 3 tests have shown up in “leads” under Brizy settings. How do I change the message from “Email was not sent” to “email sent”?

    Hi,

Could you please check if you followed all the steps from this article? https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043678972-Email-Notification-via-WordPress
Do you have the latest version for Brizy Free (1.0.126)?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra

Wow thank you so much for such swift and speedy support! It is highly appreciated.

I have the latest version of Brizy yes. So I have followed the guidelines you sent above, and the email has come through to my email address now which is good, but it is still displaying that same message in red when I send it on the page "Email was not sent". The issue I am having now is not receiving the email but users thinking their email is not sent…

Please advise what my next steps will be. Is there a way to edit this pop up text to "Email sent"?

    Hi,

Could you please send us a URL link where we could check this problem?
Just for confirmation, did you receive all messages in your email and in the Brizy -> Leads?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Problem solved: Seems like everything is working this morning and it now says "email was successfully sent" in green. The issue was that I had only filled in the email address it must be sent to and didn't fill in anything else as per the link sent from Sandra above. Thank your for your help.

    Hi Sandra

Seems like I am having trouble with the above again... I did not touch any settings so I am not too sure what may have gone wrong. Basically on each of my page I have a block where people can sign up for a newsletter and another block where people can get in touch.

The newsletter only has an option to put an email address - this is working fine and I am receiving emails in my email address and in the leads on backend.

The "Get in Touch" block has a slot for name, email address and message. The name and email is mandatory and the message block is optional. When I did a test on this block it is saying email was not sent and it is not coming through in my email address but I can see it in my backend leads. Any idea why only this block is not working but the newsletter option is functioning perfectly. I have added in the same backend options for both, the only difference between the two settings is the subject of the email (newsletter says newsletter and get in touch says get in touch).

    Please advise.

    My brizy is updated.

    Hi,

I suppose that there can be a problem with one plugin or the server because the last update we made 2 months ago. If the form worked fine till now and another one is working fine now, therefore the problem can be in an update for another plugin, or a server problem, or theme problem, or in the settings of the form.
Could you send the URL link of the where is this form?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

We have lost about 40% of leads because:

    1. When enquiries are successfully left on the Brizy contact form, they are received correctly via Gmail.

    2. I happened to look at the leads in the backend recently (previously thinking that these leads must match what we receive via Gmail), I was shocked to find about 40% of leads that were received in the backend but not via Gmail. We have lost 40% of these leads since last year because they were received months and weeks ago but we have only been monitoring what Gmail sends.

There is a disconnect with the backend: I suspect it is the same problem where there was an error with the Gmail integration ie "Mail not sent" message but such "failed" leads are actually received in the backend.

Of course, it will be a pain to manually check the backend and manually send these 40% of leads to the client.

Yes, I have the latest Brizy Pro plugin.

    Please help.

    Thanks,

    Albert

    Hi,

Did you check the Spam folder of your Gmail account? If some emails were sent successfully in the inbox and others not, then here can be another case. One case can be Spam, another cause can be that the Gmail connection wasn't interrupted by the temporary annulation of the APP key.

Also, in the Brizy-> Leads have stored all leads from all Brizy pages. Do you have other Contact forms on the Brizy pages? Could you please check all of them if they are connected with a form integration or a service notification? On this subject, I want to highlight that when a Contact form is duplicated, the duplicated one lose the connection because it is reset on the duplication and you have to connect the duplicated form too.

I noticed that you said that you have the latest versions for Brizy plugins but could you please check if you certainly the 2.2.9.1 version for Brizy Free and the 2.2.6 version for the Brizy Pro.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
