Enquiry about email from customers
Hi Brizy Team,
I'm now editing my 'contact us' page of our company's website. However, I feel confused about receiving emails from customers. When I set up the receiver's mailbox (our customer service email) for the page and tried to send an email using my personal email address from the website it showed that I have successfully sent out the email. However, when I checked I found out that the email neither in the company's email box nor in my personal email box. So I was wondering where it has gone? It is a bit strange to me. Could you explain it and guide me in the correct way? Thank you in advance.

Could you please say how did you configure the form? What form integration did you use? Did you use WordPress form or SMTP or Gmail form or did you integrate the form with one of the apps?
