    Hi,

how did you add the code? Did you use the header.php file? Have you tried this plugin?

    The plug-in works!

But now I have the problem as before (for I implemented the GTM code in the head.)

    Come on! I'm getting nowhere.

One of the support members says Implemented it in the head. GTM doesn't work.

You said Implement it in the head with the plug-in the spacing doesn't work.

From what I see in the previous post, the problem was caused by GMT. Does the Google Tag Manager script not work if you add it manually? If you add it in the head with the plugin I was talking about, won't it work? Do you have a cache or minify plugin?

Nope it did not work (not with the plug-in you talked about, because that retrieves the spacing problem. And not with the manual installation, cause than I get the problem above.) I have a caching plug-in indeed; WP-OPTIMIZE.

    I already refreshed the caching.

Try to disable all the caching and optimization plugins and add the code manually or with the "Header and Footer Scripts" plugin. The idea is to add this code to a clean installation where you have only Brizy and the GMT code. After that, if it works, you can activate your plugins. I guess it has to do with caching or minification.

I disabled wp-optimize and activated it. Everything seems to work now. Thanks!

    I'm glad to hear that.

Let us know if you need anything else.

And the problem is back, after the recent update and the disabling of wp-optimize didn't change anything.

    Hi Tom,

Please confirm you have Brizy free 2.0.4 and PRO 2.0.2 Also, please confirm that you have the same problem if you disable all external plugins.  After that, we can move on to inspect the problem.

btw: please make sure you clear the browser's cache after disabling or enabling optimization plugins.

I updated the free to 2.0.5 and Pro to 2.0.2

I have disabled all the external plugins, disabled caching and cleared all cookies.

Problem stays. I need to launch a campaign on monday, so is there anyway to fix this problem fast?

Problem dissapears when I delete your GTM Method:

"add the code manually or with the "Header and Footer Scripts" plugin. The idea is to add this code to a clean installation where you have only Brizy and the GMT code."

So GTM is the problem. But I need GTM for measurement. So, what could be the issue in GTM? The scroll tracking?

    Hi,

It's difficult to give you a clue now. If you have time, you can send us your login details and we will inspect the problem. To summarize, GTM creates problems in the Brizy editor and only works on non-brizy pages, right?
