Trouble getting Server Sync to work

I am trying to configure server sync to my private hosting by following the official Server Sync article at:
https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync

I have completed all 6 steps, even trying both 775 and 755 permissions at step 5. When I click update, then click on Preview, I get the following floating message on the bottom right corner of the page that reads "Synching in Progress" (it's Syncing, BTW).

After a minute or so, and once I refresh the preview, the message goes away. Then I open my live hosting but the page does not get updated.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

  Thank you for reporting this!
  I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP and FTP credentials to this site? Our developers will check where is the problem.

  Hi,

  In private, Humberto informed us that he sends this inconvenience to his hosting provider and they will continue to discuss it.

  In your case, could I ask you what problem did you encounter? Could you please send us the URL link where we can investigate the problem? Also, could you check if you followed all the steps from this article to publish the site using the Server Sync method? Did you configure the hosting and server after you uploaded the Brizy zip folder?
